One of the most popular of the Social, Easy Sequence Dance dances worldwide, it's very well loved. In common with a lot of older dances, there's a few variatons crept in over the years. The version here is two different old scripts combined, plus observation of what's actually being danced in various venues and clubs.
I have it as "Headings Only" and also as a "Full Script", print out whichever suits you best. The "Headings" will print onto a Standard record card to go into a File Card box. The "Full Script" you can print in different sizes - see Printing Tips for help with this.
Note:- I've seen a couple of differences from the regular script as listed here. AFTER the Box Steps and Twinkles down LOD and against LOD, most dancers adopt a double hold to make the turns and checks easier than when in Ballroom hold, however I still see couples remaining in Loose Ballroom Hold throughout. Another variaation ocasionally seen is the Man dances (I think) a reverse turn after the box steps and twinkles, whilst the Lady dances an underarm turn instead of the walks and checks. I haven't seen this often enough to document it properly.
